Kevin Kraft
Kevin is a long time Rockwall resident who is originally from Louisiana. Growing up with a wealth of wild game and fish, he developed a love for the unique style of cooking that Louisiana offers. Kevin is a self-trained chef who features locally grown, organic products to provide an exciting and healthy dining experience.
Over the last 15 years, Kevin has had several features in the DMN Food Section and “D” Magazine. He has made guest appearances on Good Morning Texas, Fox 4 Good Day and the “33 Evening News”. Kevin has been active with the Texas Wine & Food Festival and enjoys providing live grilling demonstrations.
Group or individual tutoring classes are available for grilling, smoking, healthy food alternatives, wild game and Louisiana cuisine. He currently offers a menu of items as varied as an elegant “Grilled Cedar Plank Salmon” to something as down home as Seafood Gumbo.

The Grill Daddy offers on-site and in-home grilling classes that focus on a variety of grilling techniques. Our cooking classes cover seasonal food preparation with a flair for both everyday and more advanced dishes.

are one of our favorites things to offer. This outdoor demo was requested by Enjoy in downtown Rockwall to feature a Salt Block as a surface for grilling food, a product they carried in the store.
